Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are handmade, pressed, or packaged with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. (Custom or personalized items may take a little longer.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and your location.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on USPS/UPS delivery times.

Tracking Information:
You’ll receive a tracking number by email or text as soon as your order has been shipped. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier receives your package.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup in Sweet Water, AL is available. You’ll receive a message when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Delays:
Weather, holidays, and carrier issues may cause delays, but once a package is handed to USPS/UPS, it is unfortunately out of my control.
If your order seems stuck or delayed, message me and I’ll help guide you through it.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address is entered and the package is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for paying reship fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Thread Shed LLC is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your order goes missing, please contact your local USPS/UPS office first, then message me — I’ll help however I can.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can get you taken care of quickly.
