Refund, return & exchange Policy

At Thread Shed LLC, every item is made, packed, or personalized with care. I want you to love what you receive! This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.

 All Sales Are Final

(With a Few Exceptions)

Because many of our items are custom, made-to-order, personalized, or handmade, all sales are final once the order is placed.

However, if there is a mistake on my end or your item arrives damaged, receive wrong item, manufacturing clear defect. I will make it right — just reach out!

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with an issue:

  1. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Photos should consist of: The actual in real time product, real time product photos of all angles of the product, the packaging, and the packing slip

I will gladly fix the issue, replace the item, or issue store credit depending on the situation.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a defect

  • A size or color was sent incorrectly due to MY error

Thread Shed LLC does NOT offer exchanges to:

  • Custom or personalized items- cannot be exchanged unless the mistake was mine.

  • Wrong size chosen by YOU

  • Wrong color chosen by YOU

No Returns On:

  • Custom embroidery

  • Personalized items

  • Made-to-order apparel

  • Sublimation/DTF/POD

  • Mondays TEA-Shirts

  • Holiday or Seasonal Items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Any item worn, washed, or used

  • Digital designs that you requested

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once orders are marked as delivered by the carrier, Thread Shed LLC nor the owner Emily Clayton is no longer responsible for: Lost packages, delayed packages, stolen packages. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office.
Once a package is delivered by USPS/UPS, it is out of my control.
But I’ll always help guide you through the process the best I can.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of placing your order, unless production has already begun because I begin working on orders quickly
